Advanced Biomat Use:
This page is for the people that have been using the Biomat as a beginner and want to take it to the next level. Note that many people have only used the Biomat with single spectrum sessions and only have one mat. Most people I've talked to put a heavy blanket on top of them to trap in the heat to heat their core. This is not the same as using conduction heat with the mat on high with a 2nd mat on very low. The low setting is not supposed to make people sweat but combined with the high level near infrared, this is when everything happens.
As people get use to their Biomat and get out of the beginners stage, most people finally realize the most important thing that is hard to comprehend unless someone experiences it. This is probably the most important thing people will have in their mind while on the Biomat. It is that Toxins are not in the sweat. Sweat is not made up of toxins that are somehow released. Sweat is to keep the body cool for those that didn't take Anatomy 101 in school. Toxins in the body are heavy medals like mercury that the fat holds on to so people's freakin organs don't acidify. Most of the toxins in drugs are also stored in fat that once come out of the fat go to the liver to be eliminated. NOT IN THE SWEAT. I am not sure who is telling people that sweat is toxic. Its mainly water, salt and urea.
The liver produces bile to make the fat soluble toxins into water soluble. The intestines do their job. I'd hope people are on a good probiotic. If the probiotic can't digest a steak in 3 days then its a bunk probiotic.
Note: for those that don't have a rebounder yet, or who are not following DR. Yu, it really can't be done. Many people sit and sweat and do not remove the waste. Waste must first be released then removed. What good is it to drain the fat if it's gonna reabsorb right back into the body.
WARNING: By trying to force the body to sweat from too much heat exposure can actually cause the kidneys to hold on to water and any toxins that are circulating in the body. It is better to leave things be and keep all the waste in the fat where it's actually in homeostasis just fine for now. Most people are not ready to release all their waste in their fat and complain when they feel like shit after they do Biomat session so this is why it is hard for me to recommend session types to people because it's not fun to do it and takes energy and time. Most people don't listen anyway. They just hear the protocols and when they get their mat the just lay on it and relax on it like people that think they know it all and want to follow their own instinct. These are the same people that take my quiz late at night. When I get to my computer, the emails I get after 10pm seem to be the most toxic people.
